At 1st Look Sneakers & Streetwear, we take pride in providing authentic sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, and specialty products. Due to the nature of our inventory, limited releases, market fluctuations, and the exclusivity of many items we carry, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through 1st Look Sneakers & Streetwear — including in-store purchases, online orders, pre-orders, raffle wins, trades, and special orders — are considered final sale. We do not offer:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Store credit
  • Order cancellations

This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers
  • Wear or use after purchase
  • Minor manufacturer imperfections
  • Market value changes after purchase

Product Condition & Authenticity

All products sold by 1st Look Sneakers & Streetwear are carefully inspected for authenticity and condition prior to sale. Customers are encouraged to review product details, sizing information, and item condition before completing their purchase.

By completing a transaction with 1st Look Sneakers & Streetwear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that a customer receives the wrong item from our store, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and clear photos of the item received. Any concerns submitted outside this timeframe may not be reviewed.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed against valid purchases may be subject to investigation and additional action. 1st Look Sneakers & Streetwear reserves the right to refuse future service to customers engaging in fraudulent activity.
